Admiral Cheng Ho is the sibling of Monk Bodhi Dharma. The food is equally as good and there is a plethora of choice for those in need of a strong caffeine fix. The cafe itself is quite small, but they do fantastic coffee and some takeaway options so you can certainly grab something to go and head to a nearby playground.

Update: Sadly, This Is Life is closing it’s cafe doors on 21 January 2019 - however they still offer a great range of holistic health and wellness services as well as workshops for your family to enjoy.
